These terms apply when you use Newly Stack (newlystack.com), an AI and SaaS tool directory run by Ahmad Thariq Syauqi from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. By creating an account, voting or submitting content you agree to them. Questions: hello@newlystack.com.

Accounts

  • You need a working email address to sign in. One person, one account. You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Keep access to your email safe: anyone who can open your sign-in link can use your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example fake accounts or vote buying.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

Votes

Launch votes follow the vote rules: one vote per tool per week, no votes for your own product, and votes from new or linked accounts are held for review. Buying votes or organising vote rings gets the launch removed and the maker account blocked.

What you submit

  • When you submit a tool, a logo, a promo, a dispute or a maker response, you confirm that you may share it and that it is accurate.
  • You give Newly Stack a free, non-exclusive licence to show, store, resize and translate that content on newlystack.com, in its feeds and in its newsletter, for as long as the listing exists. You keep your rights to it.
  • An editor reviews submissions before they are published and may edit, reject or remove them without giving every reason.
  • Do not submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content, malware links or other people's personal data.

Scores, tests and prices

Scores and test results are dated results of the route we name (an app or an API model) under our published methodology. They are not a judgement of a company and come with no warranty. Prices are copied from official pages on the date shown and can change; always check the vendor's site before you buy. Makers can dispute a score through the score log.

Removal requests

Brand owners and people named on the site can ask us to correct or remove content through the legal request form. We aim to answer within 5 business days.

Liability

Newly Stack is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we are not liable for losses that come from using a listed tool or from relying on a score or a price. Links to other sites are not endorsements.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
