Tool owners can ask Newly Stack to remove or change a listing, take down a logo, or correct a fact; anyone can make a personal data request. Listing, logo and correction requests must come from an email address at the tool's own domain. After you confirm the emailed link, we aim to answer within 5 business days.

For a listing, logo or correction request, use an address at the tool's own domain (for example you@toolname.com). We send a confirmation link.

How we handle requests

  • Brand names are used only to refer to the product. On request we replace a logo with a plain text tile.
  • Listings that editors added stay listed with their test results; we change facts that are wrong and remove logos on request.
  • Personal data requests follow the EU GDPR and Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022).
  • We aim to reply to each request within 5 business days of confirmation, and every decision is logged.
